I've got several investment properties and had Pyzer out for numerous issues at numerous locations. Always prompt. Never an issue. Gives me advice when I'm looking for it (instead of charging me $100 to change a washer).

Water heater broken had to replace ph at 1230 take out old reaplaed with new buy 430 good people to work with
