We can't say enough about the staff and service at PYY! Mike and his team are superb. They are very easy to get in touch with and incredibly responsive. We dry-docked our Sea Ray at PYY over the winter and could not be happier with the way they commissioned and took care of it. We've also had them do some upgrades and repairs to systems on our boat and have been extremely satisfied with the prices and services they provide. We will most definitely be returning to PYY next winter!
Center console needed some TLC and a detail and a shrink wrap. PYY did an outstanding job. Mike the owner personally called me back with an estimate and Steve kept me posted each step of the way. Great customer service and top notch work. Turnaround good. Pricing good. Good customer service is not hard, and these guys get it.
I wanted to get my boat detailed as it needed better care then I could provide, I had called several detailers including mobile operations, seems no one wanted the work, even didn't want to look or give an estimate. I contacted PYY and they gave me the time and suggestions moving forward. We decided on a wash, wet compound and wax. I am not much on words but I had to take sometime and write my experience with Mike and all of his guys from the walk around the boat the first time and all the add ons that I wanted installed they were great people to deal with . We went on a sea trial on Friday with Nick and he was great answered all of our questions and also recommended some other stuff that we might need. He is knowledgeable young man. So I finally decided to buy a new boat. I looked at about 20 different Center Consoles and I just couldn't make up my mind. Mike at PYY went above and beyond the average salesman to get me in the boat that was perfect for me regardless if he sold it to me or not. Having said that I bought a 26 SS Pro Line from him. The boat is fantastic and so was the customer service I received from PYY.
Steve was a huge help getting my boat in the water yesterday and he really went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my slip and did everything he could to make sure I left satisfied. Mike also was a huge help when I first brought my boat to PYY, very informative and helpful. Last but not least have been the ladies in the office.
