My review isn't based on the work that the salon does, but rather their businesses practices. Or more specifically, the business practices of one of their stylists, who came highly recommended to me. Two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment as a brand new customer, and because I work during the day, requested an evening appointment. I waited a week for my 6:30 PM appointment and at 3PM on the day of my appointment, I got a call from the salon telling me my stylist had gone sick for the day. Wonderful from start to finish – What a wonderful experience from start to finish at this salon! I had a very warm welcome to this beautiful salon. And it just got better from there. My stylist actually asked me great questions and even better, she listened to what I said! These stylists have a true passion for what they do and it shows in their work! On a side note, the spa is absolutely dreamy! They have a "relax room" that I'd like to have in my house!!!! Absolutely WONDERFUL! Thank you Pyure!
