My family moved here almost 2 years ago. we have 2 older cats, and when Dr Pytel was reccomended by a neighbor, I called for an appt. I was told they were scheduled 3 weeks out...oh, and not accepting new customers. We have 2 new kittens, and will add a puppy in the next year, I went in to the office, was made to wait in an empty room, while the office staff finished typing...I explained what I was there for and asked when we might schedule an appointment.
