This place is a joke. I was supposed to have a telephone appointment last week for my son and have still yet to hear back from them even though I’ve called multiple times and left voicemails. The last visit we went to in person, the provider he was suppose to see wasn’t even there. I can’t even get my son’s medication adjusted. Wouldn’t waste my time. The doctors are nice but have a hard time calling in my sons medicine when need I have to call multiple every month and it takes 3-5 days before they even call it in
We left due to the office being so unorganized with billing and scheduling. 2 years later received a bill for visits 2 years ago. Always paid a $50 deductible when Brenda was in Norman, never an issue until she moved and opened at this place but now the bill says this visit costed $70 something etc, this visit $100 something. I've seen Brenda James since she was practicing at Norman Psychiatry and during that time I found her to be an excellent psychiatrist who met all of my needs and seemed genuinely interested in my well being. Since moving to this new practice there have been a significant increase in issues. Namely issues getting refills processed, getting scheduled for appointments to ensure that my medications could be regulated properly, inability to get referrals sent as discussed in appointments, inability to receive test results for my ... read more
This clinic is fairly new and they’re working out the kinks. But the provider Brenda James NP. Is great. I’ve always got my children’s medication filled on time. She listens communicates with the children well. My children have been seeing her for about 10 years at another clinic and I’ve never had any issues with her. I have nothing negative to say.
