Receptionist alone can get this place sued for malpractice
I have left six voicemails in the past two weeks regarding my child Needing Refills in the receptionist is very rude and refuses to get my child. His medication refilled and falsified telling me that I was not At a doctors appointment that I never scheduled told me that I requested medication and dates I never requested at this point I believe this place should be looked into.
I wouldn’t recommend going here to ANYONE. We’ve had our kids here for 8-10 months and it’s issue after issue. We’ve repeatedly had scrips not get sent to the pharmacy and these are medications that aren’t supposed to lapse. This current time they missed the mark we even reached out when the kids had 10 days left of the current prescription and had our pharmacy fax over a request for refill. This place is a joke. I was supposed to have a telephone appointment last week for my son and have still yet to hear back from them even though I’ve called multiple times and left voicemails. The last visit we went to in person, the provider he was suppose to see wasn’t even there. I can’t even get my son’s medication adjusted. Wouldn’t waste my time. The doctors are nice but have a hard time calling in my sons medicine when need I have to call multiple every month and it takes 3-5 days before they even call it in
