We couldn’t be happier with all the doctors and staff at Pyrmont Doctors. Receptionist is always polite, and helpful. Although some times you have to wait a bit longer, it’s ok. Because the doctors here never rushes you like others on a time clock, they always listen and give you the best care you need.
Dear Practice Manager, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable behaviour and attitude of a front desk staff member at Pyrmont Doctors today. I visited Pyrmont Doctors today to collect/request a referral letter, as required by Dr Lai. During this visit, I was served by an older female receptionist with glasses. This whole place is very disorganised and confusing. The doctors tell you to ask reception, then reception tells you to ask the doctors, and in the end all you get is mixed information, excuses, and lies. Communication between staff is terrible and nobody seems to know what is going on. Very frustrating experience and extremely disappointing service.
