Staff are so very helpful and cheerful which is lovely when you’re down
Had appointment at 245pm Friday the 12th September It's now 5pm and the doctors are now closed. Made this appointment Tuesday. Where the emergency. Waited over 2 hours and nothing ran out of medication. No care given at all. Absolute joke of a doctor surgery

I’ve had such great experiences for my whole family at this clinic, Dr Melanie Stevenson is the best, most thorough and diligent GP I’ve encountered and I’ve been through a lot to find someone like her. The administrative and receptionist team are always efficient and professional and the nurses are great as well. Recently this clinic helped turn around something for me last minute in my regular Drs Absence and it’s been most helpful - great team!
Says bulk billing outside then you walk in and it's appointment only. Waste of my time and anyone else caught in the scam
