I have been attending Pyrmont Doctors for over five years now, and it has consistently been my go-to medical practice. Poor attitude I chose this clinic because it was listed as a ‼️“walk-in clinic” on Google. I specifically needed a quick stitch removal, which is a very simple and fast procedure. I arrived at 4:10pm. However, the receptionist sitting in the middle at the front desk told me that I could not be seen without an appointment because they were fully booked. Edited the post to update from 2 to 1 star, due to poor attitude of a front desk staff. I usually arrive on time for my appointments, but lately the waiting times here have been quite long. On my last couple of visits I waited over an hour to see my GP. What makes it harder is that there’s no advance indication of expected delays, so it’s difficult to plan or make other arrangements. I understand clinics can get busy, but some upfront communication about wait times would really help, especially for people who are paid hourly... read more
