We’ve been at this property for less than a year and had to reach out several different times for different reasons.. Our property manager is Chelsea and she’s been great from day one!! She is quick to respond and work orders are done so quick. She’s very understanding and great at communication. We’re happy with Pyramis!
I have dealt with numerous property management companies as a renter, landlord and as an office on several HOA boards and Pyramis is one of the worst across the nation. I wrongly entrusted them with my home to rent and they are the furthest thing from being dedicated professionals. They don’t care. They don’t listen. They don’t do their job. You never know how horrible a company is until you need their help. Avoid them!
Chelsea Peterson did a great job of being very responsive with phone calls and emails for me and my client. I highly recommend her customer service!
Our rental experience with Pyramis was great start to finish. Heather was our property manager and always had great communication with any issues or work orders needing attention to. Best management company I have dealt with in a long time. Would of love to stay at our property but my co-tenant wanted off lease and I couldn't afford alone.
Chelsea was extremely helpful with quick responses and frequent communication during the month leading up to move in! Great experience working with her.
