I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with this mechanic was nothing short of a nightmare. I was looking to buy a used 2009 Honda Civic from him, and he told me the car only needed some brake work and a little rust repair. He assured me it would take one week to get everything sorted and ready for pickup. Simple enough, right? Wrong. Week 1 passes — no updates, no car, no communication. I wait patiently. Er. Magdy is a excellent doc for all the automotive Issues . I had trouble with my car (Water pump- Those who have Explorer can relate to it) which was bad due to which I was turn down by couple of other auto repair shops . Also I did went out to Ford Dealers and got a quote that was too expensive (better to buy a new car or get a Mortgage to get it fixed from dealers offered quote ) finally a very close friend of mine connected me to Er.
