Dr. Williams is saint!!!! For years he has been so gentle and compassionate towards my dog Betz. She gets very stressed going in. Yesterday I had Betz and my cat Sass going in for normal vaccinations ... Sass lives up to her name! She was beyond naughty yesterday hissing, growling, trying to bite and scratch��... Pyramid Vet Hospital has a number of EXCELLENT vets. They are VERY knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced and go a step beyond. Dr. Cal Williams, Dr. Janet Makker, and Dr. Kent have all provided excellent care for our little Yorkies. They have even called us after hours a number of times. We took our older Yorky, Sady, in this past Tuesday for a check-up and stomach upset. We received a follow-up phone call from Dr. Kent yesterday, and another call today. That’s a vet that cares!
This hospital has always gone above and beyond in the care of my animals, both ferrets and dogs. They handled the Flu outbreak with quick and creative response to keep pets from being exposed while still treating pets that had symptoms. In addition, the vets actually care about you and your pet. Ive just had numerous excellent experiences and have decided this is who will care for all my pets from now on.
I’m pretty sure all the vets there have seen my herd of animals and my parent’s animals! I have always felt welcome here even when I bring my wild human children! They’re a great bunch of people who are so good to my fur children and we are super happy to call them our vet!
Endo has gone here since he was a pup, and he loves it here. The staff is wonderful, and always happy to see you.
