Called on warranty for roof leaks. Yes, you are covered. No contact by Pyramid after 1 + week. Previous Issues took almost 2 years, YES 2 Years. When the warranty person came out, he said I've never seen that color of stain before. 2 man crew came out and replaced, 4 I believe, sheets of plywood, shingles, and repaired other areas that they found incorrect. Tired of dealing with stains on a New Roof we paid out of pocket for.
