My friend lives here and it's a rip off. Tiniest water heater-you get less than ten minutes of hot water. And you know what goes great with a tiny water heater? A broken bathroom heater! So yeah ice cold bathroom with ice cold showers. My friend pays for 5 parking spots but he's white so he only actually gets to use 1. his balcony is rotting away how unsafe. I've been here about 4 years. It's not perfect, but I've always felt safe. They are wonderful about working with my disabilities. The maintenance guy is nice, but overworked. Gorgeous views, large southern facing decks, and a nice grassy play area. Nice price for 1 & 2 bedrooms.
I have been living here in 304 for over 6 years. Now, I haven’t been the best tenant but I do love this place especially where I’m at. Bottom corner floor and 3 car driveway that I have no problem sharing, majestic trees, highway views, and a beautiful sunset during the summers. Management has been awesome with me, my family, past, and present. Even most maintenance have been great! James!! I need to mention him because when I’ve called him on a Saturday about a leak that continuously happens from my kitchen ceiling he gets ... read more
