Ordered a pizza yesterday and it was the wrong toppings. Didn't have time to call them or have them fix it. Called them just now and they said sorry, should have called yesterday. Alright, I'll accept that except that it means that you're not focused on customer service since you probably didn't even bother to write it down to let someone know there was an issue. We could have had a great relationship. I order pizza often.
