Updating March 2025: I wanted to edit and update my review to our service and relationship with Pyramid Pest Control. We have always had the best experience with the previous owner and the new owner is no exception! We still have had great quarterly service and even though we do outside only, we are always asked if we want the inside sprayed at each visit. 100% pleased with Pyramid Pest Control! We had a last minute termite inspection that we needed to get in when the recent snowstorms caused our original company to cancel. I called around to 10+ companies in Nashville and they were either closed for the snow or did not answer. Pyramid called me back and were the only company to do so. Pyramid Pest Control, specifically Paul, was very helpful throughout the whole process! This was needed for a client of mine who was doing a home refinance, and Paul made the process extremely easy and and was very quick. We will definitely be using him for future clients in that area.
