I agree with everyone else who gave one star reviews; this business is unreliable and they should probably re-evaluate their career path.
Customer service was good, she was pleasant and friendly, but car wise... stay away. The vehicle we went to look at wouldn't lock and they tried to get us to test drive a different car and when we got in that one the check engine light was on. She did say all the vehicles come from auctions and I would be hesitant to purchase or trust a vehicle from Pyramid. In reading reviews, it seems they may clear codes and hope they dont come back on before you sign the dotted line.
The owners are as nice as their selection....
