I had a gold necklace that needed repairing. I wasn’t sure what it entailed, and I figured I’d stop into this shop since I’m not too far. Patty and Alan (sorry if there’s misspelling) were the loveliest couple to have greeted me when I walked in. So warm and welcoming, and Alan fixed my necklace like it was nothing. They were so nice to talk to, and their knowledge was incredible. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and would gladly come again. Thank you!!
My family has gone there since the late 1980s. Very honest we have trusted him with family heirlooms. We truly recommend this store, Alan is awesome and does great work.
I would only use this jewelry store when I lived on Long Island. He’s the best. Honest, knowledgeable, caring for older jewelry, and nice. There’s even a jeweler in my family, but I still go to Alan at Pyramid Jewelers. Thank you, Alan, for all your services.
Alan and Patty are amazing, patient and honest people. They treat you so well even if you are only there for repairs. I would recommend them and would never go anywhere else. I just hope Alan doesn’t retire!
