They sent an abusive Health Care worker to a disabled neighbor. The aide was verbally abusive to me, the little dog and most importantly, the disabled elderly women. I called the elder abuse hotline and they wanted the elderly women's last name and phone number. I was about to call 911, due to the deployable conditions.
