Great customer service and the technician, Robert, that performed a maintenance check on my HVAC was thorough and professional. I have had positive experiences with Pyramid and highly recommend them for any HVAC services.
Tyler was very personable and professional.
Let me change this to a 1, as three weeks later they informed me that they misquoted me and wanted to raise the estimate by $4000 and I would have to hire my own contractor to perform some of the installation. Are you kidding me?
