Shawn took a lot of time explaining the job, going over the quote with us and giving us information on his company. The whole process was completely pressure free. Every time I contacted him with further questions about the job, he answered very quickly and pleasantly. I research any contractors we hire very carefully, and I was very impressed with Pyramid Roofing. Fantastic experience! Shawn was very professional and courteous. The price was very competitive. The quality of the work was very good! In fact, we have four skylights in our back room. They leaked before Pyramid put the roof on. The skylights continued to leak after Pyramid put the roof on. We called Shawn and told him of our problem and within a couple of hours he had workers over to access the problem. It was discovered that the skylights themselves were leaking – not the roof.
