Honest and capable I belong to an organization where I need my computer every day. I had a ransom ware pop up on it so I took it to Pyramid on a Friday evening. i told them I needed it back ASAP. He fixed it and my wife picked it up early Saturday. Somehow Tuesday I got it into tablet mode. I'm not that computer savvy so I couldn't fix it. Took it back to Pyrarmid and he fixed in 15 minutes and did not charge me. Highly recommend him if you live in Polk County.
Used Cars for Older computers, EVGA fans a few for U! Just purchases two cheap used cards. It was a huge relief for me to find out he had boxes of used computer cards for old P4 computers.
Super Place Super Place! Very very nice people. Very reasonable prices. I have recommended several of my friends to this place. All of them thought they were great as well and would go back there again. I would only take my computer there.
Great Place Great people to deal with, I brought my laptop in with some questions after another place told me i needed to replace the motherboard. He gave me a reasonable quote and showed me that the other place left screws out of it and he would replace them. I left it with him and he called me later telling me he had taken it apart and got it working again. It wasnt the motherboard it just needed to be taken apart and cleaned. barbara I bought computer from pyramid computer a couple of years ago and was very happy with it. However, I took my current computer in for repairs in July and within a month I had problems again. They kept my computer for a week the second time and it is still giving me problems. I called them again (during business hours) and got a recording. I left a message stating that I was unhappy with the service I told them my problem. I left my telephone number but did not hear back from them.
Awesome people! My computer crashed...and "Dale" at Pyramid offered to work on it THAT NIGHT! He came in at 9 P.M. and got it cleaned up...found no problems...installed a back up system ... all for less than $150.00. I have a business and needed it SO badly! He could have taken GREAT advantage of me...but didn't! Great, honest people!
Incredible service at an even more incredibly reasonable price! I recently had my hard drive AND external hard drive crash withing a few days of each other. What are the chances of that happening! I was about to lose 7 years of hard work, and all my family pictures. I contacted Pyramid Computers and they were able to recover my data in a timely manner. Excellent Service Pyramid Computers has always been able to take care of my computer needs. I've been dealing with them for many years, and their service is top-notch. They have a new technician that is not only quick on a computer, but is friendly and able to break computer problems down into language that I can actually understand.
Great Service AND Ink Cartridges I've dealt with Pyramid for years and Dale has always been great. They have an excellent variety of parts with reasonable prices. If they don't have it, they'll order it. If you want a computer from a low priced, (but upgradeable, unlike the big boys), to the latest state of the art they can deliver. They now have an extensive selection of re-manufactured ink cartridges, plus the capability to re-fill those they don't have.
