I have had limited experience with their food, just beer, and pizza, and have no unpleasant memories, so it was ok. The pool tables are in excellent shape. The balls are reasonably clean; the place is not overly noisy. Pool prices are reasonable. And they have good hours, starting before noon. I find the staff very friendly.
RecommendedFirst time here from McHenry County and will DEFINITELY come back!!! GREAT atmosphere, good drinks , friendly service. Can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you to all the staff to making this first visit AWESOME!!!
We picked up food today. Pizza was amazing. Garden salad was missing tomatoes. And the wings were horrible. Tasteless and so bland. I've never had bad chicken wings in my life. Never. I didn't think you could possibly mess that one up. Unsatisfied
They left my pizza on the floor of the wrong address and when I called, they argued with me over it and they did not want to take responsiblitiy. I pretty much paid for them to leave a pizza at an unknown address. I never got my pizza and my girlfriend and I are very upset with the way this was handled It does not matter if you say you called or not, if you're not at the right address then you're not at the right address... Why would you leave the pizza? 1 star and bad service, don't go here
Expired beer skippy on the steak wrap not a good experience considering we have been there many times before so disappointed in quality of food and when we said the beer was expired she brought us Norte beer that were expired unbelievable no going back for us
Pizza is delish! Gotta try the cheezy beef and gravy pizza. WOW..Outstanding! (Add giardiniera for extra special pie) Comfortable and clean. Great salads, wings and wraps too. Prices are also good. Way to go Pyramid!!😃
We always love eating at Pyramid. Always a friendly staff. We have been enjoying take out since the pandemic started.
I ordered a pizza for delivery from Pyramid just about two weeks ago. Their site let me place the order online, put my address in, and pay for it with no problem, but I then get a call immediately after stating that I am out of the delivery range (I live 5.2 miles from Pyramid). The woman said she would void the transaction and my card would be refunded. Ok, that’s fine, there are closer places to try. Here we are just about two weeks later and they’re still holding onto my $25... it’s a shame because I had heard good things... read more
