Extremely unhelpful experience. I contacted this dealer because I live out of state and wanted to do the responsible thing before traveling get my truck appraised and understand what I would owe on a vehicle they already have for sale. They flat-out refused to appraise my truck or even give a basic breakdown unless I showed up in person. I understand policies, but refusing to provide any meaningful information to an out-of-state buyer is just lazy salesmanship.
