The termite inspection was reasonably priced, and the technician efficiently identified a minor infestation under the porch, although he did forget to inspect one of the attic corners initially; he addressed it promptly after I pointed it out.
Thorough inspection, right on schedule.
Efficient bat removal, problem solved.
Thorough inspection, found hidden termite issues.
During the inspection, it became clear that our attic had signs of mice activity, and while the inspector was thorough in outlining preventative measures, they left without providing a detailed plan for follow-up maintenance. Overall, they arrived promptly and spent about an hour examining the property, which was appreciated.
