I am very lucky to have found Pyong Laser & Skin Clinic for my Hair Laser treatments. The environment is beyond clean, serene, private, and friendly. Patty has been a genuinely lovely person that I look forward to seeing every month. She is professional, helpful, accomodating, and has been providing wonderful treatments that have shown immense results. I've been doing PRP for hair monthly here since last year and have seen improvement. Patty is great and personable too, I asked for something to hold onto while she does the treatment and she brought a plush toy for me to hug. She'll also always try to be flexible with my appointment on the day when I know I'm going to be early or late. Can't recommend Party enough
I had laser done here for the first time, and unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience. The staff member was very quick, but she didn’t inform me that the area needed to be shaved before starting the treatment. That’s something I only found out afterwards. I was on the phone during the session and trusted that everything was being done properly, so I paid without questioning it. But after checking later, I realised the treatment wasn’t done correctly. No visible result from 3 prp sessions. Staff keeps offering more services and constantly asked me to come for more sessions. The person who did my first prp session brought the POS and asked for payment while I was laying on the bed with numb cream. After I bank transferred the money, they kept asking for a proof of payment and even touched my bank app to confirm. Very impolite.
