I ordered a banner 8ft by 4ft they gave me a banner 5’6 by 4 and said the banner is a couple inches short and they refunded me $7 and told me they would print the size I asked for. Later I get a text message saying that I can’t get my order. So I go in to the store the sales associate tells me she not gonna do it so I tell her to get the manager she goes for 5 minutes and come back to say he’s busy fixing a machine he can’t talk right now. He's incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help create exactly what we were looking for in artwork and the quality of the shirts we wanted to print on.
