I ordered a banner 8ft by 4ft they gave me a banner 5’6 by 4 and said the banner is a couple inches short and they refunded me $7 and told me they would print the size I asked for. Later I get a text message saying that I can’t get my order. So I go in to the store the sales associate tells me she not gonna do it so I tell her to get the manager she goes for 5 minutes and come back to say he’s busy fixing a machine he can’t talk right now.
