I have never left a Google Review before, however I felt compelled to after dealing with Myers Automotive. I had a check engine light come on in my wife’s car that I had diagnosed for free at O’Reilly’s. I like to support local businesses as much as I can, which is why I called Myers Automotive. They tell me that they like to diagnose check engine lights themselves, which I thought was odd, but thought what harm would that be? Now I know why, they charged me nearly $200 to do that! Myers automotive in Derby was very polite customer service. I had to get truck towed needed a new fuel filter. They sent my truck Tawanda because of overflow and had Mechanic in Towanda replace the fuel filter. I like how they kept me informed. Overall, I gave four stars excellent customer service but very pricey.

Check engine light appeared during our road trip around Wichita, so called few local places including Myers because of their high rating. The gentleman who first answered my call searched and found a location who could see it immediately - the Towanda location. We took it there where David helped us every step of the way! He was super responsive, informative and just great to work with! Highly recommend this location and specially David if you can get him! ☺️

Had a surprise issue pope up when a battery suddenly crapped out in a parking lot late on a Thursday afternoon. They helped me get it in and out by closing time (5:30) on Friday. Now while I admit, I may have been lucky in it being a simple fix, but David was awesome. He kept me informed and updated through the day, which I appreciated immensely. Already planning on taking my truck in and share more of my paychecks with them. Great experience, would recommend.
