Let me just start with if you need an attorney it’s probably not the best time in your life… The staff at Entwistle and Roberts were wonderful from day one. I don’t know how I would have gotten the results and my life back and on track without them taking the time to make sure my case was covered and not only that, I was ok thru the process. I had a consultation this morning. I had something come up so, I called about an hour before my appointment to reschedule, and was treated rudely because I couldn't remember which of the Entwistle atty's my appointment was with. Rather than reschedule my appointment, the receptionist said, "fine, I'll just take you out", and hung up the phone. I'll reschedule with a more professional law office at this point. After reading their reviews, I feel like I dodged a bullet.
