I had a consultation this morning. I had something come up so, I called about an hour before my appointment to reschedule, and was treated rudely because I couldn't remember which of the Entwistle atty's my appointment was with. Rather than reschedule my appointment, the receptionist said, "fine, I'll just take you out", and hung up the phone. I'll reschedule with a more professional law office at this point. After reading their reviews, I feel like I dodged a bullet.
