We were customers for 29 years. Eventually, the entire system needed an upgrade. After 2 months of asking, we still did not have an estimate in hand for this, so switched altogether to a different company. The communication we had with you was abysmal, rude, curt, and made me wonder why on earth I’d ever worked with you. And now you can’t even be bothered to remove your alarm keypad without an additional bill. Wow.

Our-Barker acquired the company we used for 10 years. We never had a bill over $500. They came in and did all kinds of unauthorized work, the bill was over $1800. When we questioned their bill they sent us to a collection agency that was very unprofessional as they tried to intimidate me. Be careful that you don't get ripped off like I did. Cancel you contract or get the price in writing first.
CUSTOMER BEWARE: I have had hidden charges, damages to equipment, overbilling, unresponsive communication and incompetent technicians from Pye Barker. We hired Pye Barker in April to perform a simple fire sprinkler inspection and refill our fire extinguishers. It should have been an easy 1 hour job as it has been every other year when we used another company for a few hundred dollars.
