Called to make an appointment to get our fire extinguishers serviced had someone come out tell us one of them was expired and we need a new one. Said he would come out on Monday, never came out . I called again to set up an appointment for our fire suppression system and to get a new fire extinguisher had an appointment set up and they never showed called and they let me know that they would not be able to make it, and they don’t know why I was never called to be informed. STAY AWAY. Our builder used AAA Fire for the sprinkler design, but they are terrible to deal with. The building is only two years old and one of the pipes is leaking. We asked them for their warranty terms and they responded "AAA doesn’t have any warranty, nor would we have any if we did the repair." I told them even with no warranty, we still need to fix it, so we asked for a quote. They sent us a $785 quote just to "look at the issue" that doesn't include any repair.
