I recently contacted Pye-Barker to handle an inspection failure for my parents' business and had a fantastic experience. Despite having many 'obvious' questions, the staff was patient, knowledgeable, and never condescending—both over the phone and in person. Our Service Tech Brian is very thorough and explains issues that he found and repaired. Takes his time to ensure all fire extinguishers are up to date and in working order.
Great customer service
Brian from Pye Barker was an absolute life saver. Our inspection moved up a few days, so we called Brian in a panic and he was able to shift his schedule around to fit in our schedule. He was able to get his portion set up quickly for inspection and even help troubleshoot some other areas of our hood before the fire marshall arrived and completely saved the day.
