Had a terrible experience here. Went in for a walk in appointment pedicure, and the technician cut my cuticle so badly that my big toe started bleeding and kept hurting for hours. Even after I told her it was very painful, all she did was wipe it with a tissue and some something she claimed to be disinfecting (I guess it is ethanol, could you put that on the wound?) then told me to put my foot back in the water.
