Rude and unprofessional
I recently had my brake calipers painted by your company and while the overall aesthetic work was done well. I experienced a disappointing issue that could have easily been avoided with better attention to detail. After the service, I noticed a noise coming from the driver’s side wheel. Upon inspection at the dealership, it was found that tape had been left between the caliper—an oversight from your team’s work.
