Went for a balance job. They scratched my rims when taking the old counter weights off and left the old residue UPDATE Owner reached out to me and the team was extremely courteous and assuring to fix the issue. They ended up helping me get new rims installed. Thank you all for caring for your quality and customers.
I had a bad experience too. 😕 This happened a while back so I’m only writing this review to let the team know that when they are tinting windows, please make sure you are careful at what you touch and put back together. 🙏🏾 I came to get my windows tinted on my Kia Optima and maybe a month later, the back passenger window would not go up or down. They kept me well informed on the phone when I plan to customize my Hummer I'm definitely going to give them a visit and let you all know more upon completion of my customization.
Everyone at the front was rude , and the vibe in this place is off. I wouldn’t dare spend my money here. Took my keys and left !!
