Shouldn't even give them a star service dept is horrible takes for ever to get someone to answer the phone and when they do answer the phone they are rude have bought an had service done on my laundry equipment for 27 years will not use them anymore

Hello, I keep calling your company and I would like to update the customer /ownership information since we bought the property today 12/30/2024. NO one can answer the the phone. I just need the sales representative or the leasing dept. Can someone answer the phone. Thanks.

Purchased a couple used machines. Upon installation machines were not working. Called several shops and no one was able to diagnose or repair the machines. Finally was referred to Alliance and they dispatched their tech Hector. He showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem and get the machines working properly. Something three different techs couldn't figure out or simply didn't want to take on the challenge. I have been in the business for 30 years and up until now considered Alliance Laundry Systems to be the best in all areas. In particular , their tech support was the best, which I used as a selling point when I approached customers for new equipment. Over the last year or so, their service and support has gone south --to put it politely. They recently aquired PWS laundry parts, which was my main source for parts and manuals, because of easy accessibility. Not anymore. They screwed that up as well.
