Jason Fugate was responsible for my criminal defense. He would not answer me for months at a time until I emailed his boss or until I found his wife’s personal email and emailed them to get him to get back in contact with me. I must say I am surprised by PWR's poor reviews. There's nobody better, especially in the case of a high conflict divorce. Several years ago I had the extreme misfortune of being dragged into the high conflict divorce of a close friend who was trying to leave an extremely dysfunctional marriage. Felt lied too. Was told for his services it would be 33 3rd on what would be recovered or paid hourly wage. I chose 33 3rd nothing was recovered. Then outta no where I owe him $6200 dollars and that he doesn't work for free!
I believe Pat is the worst lawyer on the planet. He told me on my first call with him he believed my husband was a bully and how he loved to punch bullies in the mouth. He had me try and find ways to get my husband in counts of domestic violence so he could leverage that information for me to get the house in the divorce. I had a medical emergency and he tried to put me in a guardianship and then fired me when he wouldn’t follow my requests for what I wanted to do with the divorce.
