My furnace was leaking water when the air conditioning ran. The unit is 20 years old and some of my neighbors had to replace their original Builder unit of which I have the same. Was worried about the cost of a new unit. PWA came recommended from a neighbor and over the phone, Bob basically diagnosed the problem enough for me to fix myself. Been using PWA for 10+ years. This time our CO alarm went off at 4am. Bob and his team were there right away and saved the day. Reliable, honest, answered all of our questions and respected our home by using tarps and cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend!

I hesitated on posting this, actually for several months now. However, I felt I need to let others know to avoided what my family had to deal with. Took forever to get a call back when we needed help. When they finally did call us back they made us feel like bother. Bob showed up hours late, no facemask (have a terminally ill child in the home) and looked like some guy on the street who we dragged to our house.
