They take my deposit 10k when I can’t get the approve for the loan, I kept asking before I sign if I get my deposit back if I didn’t get approved, his realtor said yes. Now I’m out of 10k after I didn’t get the loan on time. I bought 3 unit before that’s why I trust them , but I guess they want the money more than relationship with his past client.
It was an excellent opportunity for me to get a great space. When it came time to sell had no problem good price easy sell. Wish it would have had bathrooms roughed in initially.
This has to be the nicest place I have ever been in I love the design and all the Neibhor’s I recommend pw to anyone looking for a space to work or keep a your vehicles in!!
What a great experience with the personal warehouse in Brown Deer. The space is excellent for the price, the location feels very secure, and the management and staff are fantastic—always available and ready to help whenever needed. Highly recommend!
