P & W Builders built our new home two years ago. Our house is well built, very energy efficient, and to our specifications as outlined when we first started going over the plans for the retirement home that is all on one level, no stairs. We wanted a home that would allow us to be able to age-in-place. We got what we paid for and are happy about that. Our experiences have been so nice, we did it twice!! We have two homes built by P&W Builders. After having sit-downs with other builders, family, and friends we gave Dave a call, the rest is history. They helped us create cost effective dream homes that continuously get compliments. I highly recommend!!!
They say to wait before you review a business until you know if the product and service is ok. We have been in our house over 20 years. We love it. P&W did a great job. We were nit-picky, demanding, and on a tight budget. I still call my now friend, Dave at P&W, every few months to remind him we love it and how great our house is! If you are going to build or buy a new home in the central Illinois area, this is the place.
