I had great first class experience! I bought the intro offer so I’m looking forward to trying the different class options. I did the Sculpt class. I’m a visual learner so the cues and the numbered mat was very helpful for my brain! The instructor Julia was motivating and easy to follow along with.
Pvolve has become an integral part of my workout routine. It never gets boring—every class is different, which keeps me challenged and engaged. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere is positive and encouraging. I’ve had such a great experience at Pvolve Charlotte. The instructors are excellent — motivating, knowledgeable, and always focused on proper form and helping everyone feel comfortable. I absolutely love the Pvolve studio. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming, and the space is beautiful and spotless. It’s fully equipped with everything you need. The Pvolve method is accessible to all fitness levels and leaves me feeling strong, healthy, and fit.
Beautiful and clean studio with well thought out details and fantastic teachers. Love that the classes challenge me in a new way and the focus on functional health.
