I absolutely find your automated answering service to be terrible. Whenever I leave my number, it either takes forever or no one calls me back. However, the guys that come to the house to replace my tanks or today when they picked up everything, are very courteous, professional, and just really great people. So thank you for that.

Kaleb answered all of our questions and reassured us that the yellow light that I had called about on the concentrator was a warning light and why it had come on and nothing to worry about. Then offered to replace the unit with a newer one , which we accepted. The new unit wasn’t as noisy as the last one was. Very pleased with the service and Kaleb’s professionalism.
