after reaching out to pvc carpet cleaners about my carpets not looking as fresh as i hoped, frederick and derek came back and did a fantastic job. now my carpets are spotless and look great! i really appreciate the follow-up and their hard work. they cleaned the entire ranch house in san jose—carpets, rugs, some white chairs, and even got both upstairs and downstairs done in just over two hours. the best part was i didn’t have to move any furniture—they handled everything themselves. i’m very happy with the results.
