I had to wait 1wk. for appt. for estimate with Fran. + was told they couldn't fix it for 1 month. This arrogant little stump stands 4 ft behind writing nothing so I point out the damage I can see that I want fixed. OK until worried that he hasn't looked under the car I say the muffler is bent. He says it isn't bent. How can he say that without looking? I tell him I know that he is wrong because I had already looked under and could see the bend and the crushed heat shield. I was in a major accident having thousands of $ of damage. I gave my car to puzs and the workmanship and quality was amazing. may car was just like I just bought it. I highly recommend getting all your body work done here. you will not be disappointed!
I had my accident damaged Volvo XC90 repaired by them. They used only Volvo Parts and the paint turned out perfect. Francis was very polite and patient. He communicated very well and took ownership of his work. He addressed all my last minute concerns, and I accepted nothing other than perfect. Got my suv on the road quickly. I've used Puz's 4 times. 1 was for an insurance claim and 3 were for repairs that I didn't file a claim for. For the accident with a claim, they dealt directly with my insurance company, Nationwide, and there were no problems whatsoever. The work was done right and by the promise date and time. The other times I had repairs done (my wife likes to bang into things) I did not file a claim and paid for the work out of pocket using my credit card. A friend of mine highly recommended this body shop that his family has been using for many years and never had a problem. I was very happy with the work and the owner was nice and professional. I would bring my car back to Puz's.
I barely backed into a car that went to Puz auto body to be repaired. They took State Farm to the cleaners. At best car was worth $2,000.00 damages had to be under $1,000.00. State Farm paid them over $3,000.00. I complained to State Farm and they said they looked into it and that they are a certified repair shop for them. So I guess you can use this review how you want. I know I will never take my cars to this body shop again. Had to take my daughters car back 4 time to get it right. One time with a Statefarm Inspector and they still did not get the car right. It took over two months to repair rhe right quarter panel. They put a reconditioned taillight on the vehicle that was cracked and they glued it to fix it.
