I was told that my PSA of 4.0 is entirely normal for my age. It took four months to find this out. Not a very efficient process. I think Dr. Lamberton knows his medical training but I think he lacks empathy. At least for me, it is hard for me to feel comfortable around him as I don't feel that he really cares about me.

I was referred to Dr. Lamberton after my ultrasound apparently showed a kidney stone. When I met with Dr. Lamberton he told me there was no stone but that there was a cyst on my kidney and that he was worried about renal cancer. I spent two weeks over the 2020 Christmas season very anxious about a future’s CT scan that he advised getting, worried about his words. After dropping the idea of renal cancer he left the room, leaving me only with his nurse and so all the questions I had were never answered. It had been a year almo... read more

This dr. Did surgery on me and TOLD me I had another stone he needed to remove because he couldn’t reach it when he did the surgery about 2 weeks later after he ordered all kinds of tests I started having pain again... I went to see him and was told he couldn’t help until I got another X-ray which wouldn’t be until the next morning almost 24 hours later... they said I could go to the ER (another 75 dollar copay) I told them I would buy a bottle... several hours later I passed the stone with no pain meds.. if you’ve ever had ... read more

Good luck on ever getting a person to answer the phone and if you do get a nurse, they’ll never get back to you.

Staff: I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at Puyallup Surgical Consultants. No matter what type of procedure you are going in for you will not be disappointed with how you are treated and made to feel comfortable by a very professional and welcoming staff. They continuously went above and beyond. Procedure: I am now two weeks post my final treatment and am truly amazed and grateful for the Mona Lisa Touch Procedure. It has changed my life for the better.

All they do is to sell expensive procedures/treatments your insurance probably won't cover because of overall low success rates. They collect whether they work or not, right? If they don't, or only partially work, too bad, so sad. Go find someone else who is willing to address the chronic pain issues you've been dealing with for years, because you're not going to find anyone who cares here. Won't return calls to 'leave a msg and nurse will call in within 24 hours' line. Save $$$. Go elsewhere.

It was impossible to talk to a person when calling the office. With urgent questions, the first time we waited more than 6 hours before calling Dr. Liaux's office and having the nurse there go over to Lambertons office and have them call us, and the second time, my grandson impersonated a Doctor to get to talk to a person, at which time we were told to immediately come to the office as we had an urgent medical situation. Communication before and after surgery is the worst I've ever encountered.
