Dr.Petty was hands down amazing. Every step of the way he had a calm and comforting demeanor. I was well educated by Dr. Petty on my procedure, at no point was I confused or left unknowing by advanced medical terminology. My post op appointment was a breeze and I felt that Dr. petty was thorough in ensuring my post op recovery was going well. Dr. Petty was outstanding because he makes me feel comfortable. He has a good way of speaking to his patients and it makes me and I'm sure others feel at ease.
Professional mannerisms in preparing for surgery making you feel confident in him
I have anxiety about doctor visits and Dr. Petty immediately made me feel at ease by showing his understanding and knowledge about procedures. He is friendly and professional while also personable, letting patients know he hears them and also cares about them.
The nurse and the doctor were very nice and informative about the upcoming procedure and made me feel like it was going to be a walk in the park.
Great bedside manner and made sure he answered all questions.
He is highly recommended.
