I have just purchased my first RV (Motorhome) told them what I was looking for what price range I wanted to stay in. They got me in a beautiful RV that I never thought I would be ever in. They were all very friendly & helpful.
My brother was sold a trailer that needed some repairs. Leaky window damaged partical board that had to be replaced. Pressure release valve leaked. When told about the damages they did nothing to help us repair it. We had to hire someone to fix the trailer. Also the mattress was torn. Things with the toilet were not good. Nothing has been repaired despite notifying manager. Manager has not responded to notices of damage . A multi-point inspection had supposedly been done. Check the whole trailer before you buy with them.
I wish they could be more straight with their customers and tell the truth it's all about money not the customers
My brother was sold a trailer that was rotten and unsafe. When told about the damages they did nothing to help us repair it we had to hire someone to fix the trailer. Also the bed was no good it was wood with foam on top. Things with the toilet were not good. They literally scams us there are still problems that need to be fixed. Would not trust them to sell you a perfect trailer. Check the whole trailer before you buy with them. They won't fix any damages so check good.
Everyone here has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! Given our situation they were able to help us out. Everyone who works here are so friendly, honest, and straight foreward on everything (prices, what it all entails for buying an rv, etc). They don't push you to buy which we've experienced that from another rv dealer upon with losing over a grand at the other place. Here at Puyallup rv we never had those worries or concerns.
