Terrible customer service communication, sales associate was good just know if it’s a day off for them no associates/coworkers/ managers will keep you the purchaser updated…even the finance manager after you bring this exact situation to their attention and she say’s “I will update tomorrow” then when that tomorrow day arrives - you give the 9-5 time frame to receive the update from her and you receive silence. Quite disappointing to learn that this is how they take care of their customers
Purchased a 5th Wheel RV from Puyallup RV one year ago. It has been a great RV and everything has worked as it should and it has been a year and has been lived in everyday. The purchase was as promised and delivery to the site was as requested by us. I may have it moved and will reach out to them. I would absolutely buy again from them. Paul Harris
