The manager is very difficult to get ahold of and there is no emergency number or anyone available on the weekend so if you have something go wrong there isnt even a maintenance person for after hours. No trees no shade really horrible especially since it costs almost 1200.00 a month not worth it. They will contact you through out your move in but after that good luck
i filled out an application to live here years ago, i never ended up moving in or signing a lease or finishing the screening process. i never even owned an rv yet we found out that they’ve been charging us rent for a place we’ve never been and no we owe them almost $4k of debt. we will be taking legal action for this obvious fraud.

I paid and filled out an application and never heard back from this rv park! They just took my money and left me hanging. Obviously piss poor management.
