The only comment that I can make is how rude some of the staff were on my last and my FINAL visit. It was very embarrassing to me because the rudeness was done in front of a lobby full of people. This was very un professional
I would rate this service a 5 star if it wasn't for the consistently unpleasant and rude receptionist. Unfortunately, for the clinic, this receptionist is often the very first impression to patients (both in person and on phone). In order for me to actually take the time to write this review....you can only imagine how bad she is. I have been taking my Grandma here for over 10 years. They have changed buildings but it’s the same quality care.
I have been a patient here for about a year & a half. I can't say enough nice about the staff here. Every pharmacist I have seen has been caring, thorough & knowledgable. The reasons for coming here can be scary, yet they have helped me understand my situation & how to properly handle my condition. The M.A.s who put you in room & go over your meds & personal info are always friendly. Valerie at the front desk never loses her cool no matter how hectic the day is.
