If I could give a star lower I would. I very rarely go out and get my nails done, in fear they will mess up my nails like time and time again. So sometimes when I finally get up to it and I go in I would hope they’d listen to my voice when I ask for specific things not to be done. I asked her NOT to file my nails because I had already filed them at home to the shape I wanted. My nails are thin so to much filing and they just chip away. This is the worst pedicure i have ever gotten. It didn’t last a week and a half. The job was very rushed and sloppy.
