Dr Chow did a difficult root canal on me. I am very hard to get numb and takes several injections. She uses Onset with the injection - did not fell it at all and only needed 2 shots instead of 5 or 6!! Dr Chow and staff are awesome, professional, caring 100% recommend!!
This was the first time I saw see Cindy. The reason I went to see her is because of her good review and close to my home. I seldom write review this time I have to write review about her is because of her professional service and her patience with her client. She took time to explain to me the difference between callus and corn. She also explained to me why I need orthontics which I appreciated very much. Dr. Chow is not only very professional but also very personable. As a retired health care professional my self I was very impressed by her technique. Her staff are wonderful people that are friendly and personable. I highly recommend Dr. Chow for any endodontic proceduces.
Wonderful staff and Dr Chow was excellent!! Explained to me step by step what she was doing before she did it. My root canal was done before I knew it!!
Okay I am a chicken when he comes to going to he dentist. Mention root canal and I begin to hyperventilate; at least that is how it use to be. I needed a root canal and was referred to Dr. Chow. Wow! I can't say enough good things. Dr. Chow and her amazing staff put me at ease. Every thing was explained to me as it was taking place. This was as painless as a root canal can be. So if your a chicken that suffers from high anxiety in the dentist chair it is time for the cure. Thanks Dr. Chow!
