We first worked with Puwals Plumbing Solutions LLC because Easy Water hired them to install our Easy Water system, we did not choose them directly. Two young guys came out for the install. They were polite and worked hard, but the finished work felt about 90% complete instead of truly professional. The biggest example was the drain tube setup, it was a haphazard duct tape job aimed toward the sump that honestly looked pretty nasty. Jeff Puwal answered the phone when nobody else in the area would. I had an emergency plumbing issue for a construction project I was on and he came out the same day(within two hours) to evaluate the situation and was able to start repairs the next morning. His repair was above and beyond. They cored through a wall instead of smashing through it. Jobsite was left spotless. Very professional and clean. Thanks guys!
