I had to put a 5 * because they didn't have a 10* Putz's Creamy Whip is the absolute best ice cream in town. They take you back to your child hood
My sister and I use to walk there from our apartment when I was in the 7th grade. So glad it is still there and I can go there when I visit Cincinnati with my grandchildren!!!!
