Ordered a plant last Thursday an it’s Monday an it still has not been delivered. Very upsetting. They took an used my credit card an will not answer the phone when you call. A sham.
Okay, I've really tried to be patient with this company. I ordered a service, but a service is not what I received. This company uses another company to get flower shop orders (Flower Shop Network) to handle their credit card processing. I ordered some flowers on February 14th and wanted them to be delivered on February 15th. It's now February 18th and the flowers still aren't delivered.
